A traditional project spends four of every five working hours on site — cramped, dusty, weather-dependent and hard to measure. We invert the ratio: design and fabrication run in parallel in the workshop, and what reaches the site is lifted in and connected.

We measure our projects. When the work moves to the workshop, time on site shrinks by up to ninety per cent, waste stays below one per cent instead of eight to fifteen, and the carbon footprint of the pipework drops by roughly eighty-five per cent.
