What it means in practice
We measure our projects. When the work moves to the workshop, time on site shrinks by up to ninety per cent, waste stays below one per cent instead of eight to fifteen, and the carbon footprint of the pipework drops by roughly eighty-five per cent.
Just as important: no sparks, no dust and, so far, zero injuries or incidents. Cleaner air, cleaner floors and a working environment that can actually be planned.
The difference shows most in tight plant rooms — where traditional assembly takes weeks, we lift in finished cassettes and connect them.
